We have an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing Back End Operations team! Based in China, with significant travel to customer sites in the region, this role will provide support to customers with the set-up of the FlexIC inlay assembly process to enable volume production on various machine sets.

The role will involve managing technical issues at customer sites if problems arise, carrying out fault-finding and root cause analysis in a time-effective manner in order to provide solutions. You will also be responsible for the follow-up engagement work for these external parties, ensuring that an exceptional level of professional support is provided.

We are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience in either automated die attach or reel-to-reel processing, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, given the customer-facing nature of the role.
