Maintains sufficient inventory of material supplies and equipment for the performance of duties
Reports shortage of materials to supervisor at earliest convenience, ordering and approving replenishments when necessary
Conducts Oculomotor/Orthoptic assessment and follow-up i.e. examination, non-surgical treatment and follow-up of patients with strabismus, amblyopia, oculomotor and related abnormalities
Performs HESS/LEE charts where applicable, liaising with Maxillo-Facial physicians
Provides Fresnel prisms where applicable for patients
Assess, identify visual problems e.g amblyopia, convergence and provide treatment/management
Examines patients with problems related to ocular motility, binocular vision, amblyopia, or strabismus
Provides instructions to patients or family members concerning diagnoses or treatment plans
