We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Traumatologist to join our dynamic and collegial team at a busy Level I Trauma Center in Delray Beach, Florida . Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic trauma care for acute injuries, including complex fractures and polytrauma cases.
• Participate in trauma call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform both operative and non-operative management of musculoskeletal injuries.
• Collaborate with trauma surgeons, intensivists, and other specialists as part of a multidisciplinary trauma team.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, trauma peer review, and performance improvement processes.
