Position Summary
The Orientation Manager is responsible for facilitating new hire orientation, tracking training progress, and providing hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder coaching within restaurant operations. This role partners with restaurant leadership to ensure employees are properly trained, developed, and equipped to meet company standards while creating a positive onboarding and learning experience.
Essential Responsibilities
+ Conduct new hire orientation sessions.
+ Track training completion, class attendance, and employee development progress.
