Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OD frameworks, competency models, and performance management systems.
• Drive change management initiatives to support transformation programs.
• Develop and execute workforce planning strategies, including Emiratization planning.
• Conduct workforce analytics, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on OD and workforce matters.
• Develop dashboards and reports using HR analytics tools.
• Provide data‑driven insights for workforce and organizational decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of relevant experience in OD and workforce management.
• Prior experience in consulting firms, such as Big 4 or leading HR consulting firms, is highly preferred.
