OrderManagement Specialist for 1 year contract.
JD – Order Management Responsibility - Attend to pre-sales enquiries on product availability, lead time and price
- Initiate and follow up new item creation/customer creation in system
- Process sales orders and order amendment in system
- Track, expedite and update customers on order status
- Follow up payment, forwarder details with customers
- Work with factories, warehouses and forwarders to arrange dropship, local and export shipment
- Prepare manual, system invoices and other shipping documents and handle documents filing
- Review LC draft, prepare and collate documents from various factories for LC presentation
- Coordinate with related parties on non-warranty claims
- Communicate and provide timely responses between customer, sales, operation and factory
- Generate and update sales order backlog reports
