My multinational client is seeking and Order to Cash Specialist. You will be responsible for managing OTC processes across multiple markets, working closely with customer service and finance teams to ensure effective execution of the Order-to-Cash strategy.
Responsibilities:
Cash Application, Customer Master Data Maintenance, manual transaction entry, pricing adjustments, and other Order-to-Cash tasks.Support multiple legal entities across ACE, ensuring consistent OTC execution, policy adherence, and compliance with SOX and SPA requirements.Own KPI delivery and performance reporting on a monthly basis, supporting both individual and team objectives.Liaise with customer service, finance, and credit teams across EMEA to ensure effective communication and service delivery.Provide support for internal and external audits, ad hoc requests, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Requirements:
