Responsibilities

• Oversee teams of Processors and Analysts under Order management/Billing and Accounts Receivable/Collections; oversee performance and ensure productivity and quality metrics are met and reported; handle complex cases and customers and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify and assess process‑related complexities and propose potential solutions.
• Flag risks in a timely manner to external and internal stakeholders with proposed plans.
• Build solid relationships with stakeholders / business partners.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (e.g., mobilization/transition; technology services, recruitment, human capital development).
• Build a strong control framework to ensure flawless delivery of services in line with established SLAs.
