The Business Administrator is responsible for managing the full life cycle of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, maintaining high levels of customer service, and acts as a liaison between internal departments and external partners.
Responsibilities Order Processing - Receive Customer orders via EDI into our SAP, review the order.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, material number, and delivery terms.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies if any.
Customer Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries.
- Provide timely updates on order status, delays, or changes.
- Handle OTB/feedback and elevate issues when necessary.
- Work closely with internal dept, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams including Factories in Germany, UK and Malaysia.
