Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking an Order Entry Specialist.
What you'll do
Verifies customer, order, and item information for accuracy and completeness through reviewing quotes and purchase orders, clarifying discrepancies, and checking catalog numbers for accuracy.
Identifies, understands, and processes variances in orders to ensure proper information is entered, including product groupings, reserve production planned line items, consignment, and credit card orders.
Maintains close communication with other departments to solve issues related to pricing and quoting.
Enters correct customer shipment and notification requirements, applies proper sales credit and commission payment rates to orders, and reviews orders for completeness following the order entry checklist.
Participates in problem‐solving teams and special projects as directed by the supervisor to improve processes, and assists and participates in cross‐training for continuous ...
