Oracle - Reporting Tech dev (OTBI, BIPublisher) in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, PAN India, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.


• Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows.


• Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR and Payroll).


• Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM.


• Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies.


• Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries.


• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution.


• Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation.
