Oracle HR Test Lead

Role Overview:

We require an experienced Oracle HR Test Lead to oversee functional testing activities across Oracle HR and Payroll systems within a high-profile transformation programme.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 month contract

Location: London (Fully remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end functional testing for HR systems

Develop and manage test strategies and test plans

Coordinate test cycles including SIT and UAT

Work with business users and SMEs to validate outcomes

Track defects and ensure timely resolution

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in testing Oracle HRMS / Payroll systems

Strong understanding of test methodologies and tools

Experience leading testing within large transformation programmes
