ROLE OVERVIEW
Client is seeking a senior Oracle HCM Talent Acquisition & Management Lead to drive the end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle Talent Management at one of the largest public health systems in the United States. This lead role combines deep Recruiting Cloud expertise with broad Talent Management capability spanning performance management, succession planning, career development, and learning integration to deliver a unified talent lifecycle solution. The Lead will partner directly with HR, talent acquisition, and operational leadership, own design workshops, govern configuration decisions, and ensure complex multi-union workforce requirements are reflected throughout the system.
