Some of the things you'll be doing:
Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to provide solutions and implement enhancements to existing processes and integrations. Work with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features. Troubleshoot issues, working tenaciously to understand the root cause. Collaborate with Oracle development when issues require escalation and ensure they are resolved. Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.
