            Install, configure, and manage Oracle GoldenGate for real-time replication.
Develop and maintain replication processes between source systems (CBS, MIS, ATM Switch, UPI/Payments, file systems etc) and Target database.
Perform initial load and ongoing synchronization with scalability for future workloads.
Monitor replication performance, troubleshoot latency, and ensure high availability.
Implement change data capture (CDC) strategies for MIS/BI/ML analytics use cases.
Provide ongoing support, patching, and upgrades for GoldenGate environments.
Collaborate with ODI team for integrated ETL and reporting solutions.
