Job Description:

The Oracle DBA will be responsible for the installation configuration maintenance and performance tuning of Oracle databases

This role involves ensuring high availability security and optimal performance of database systems across development testing and production environments

Key Responsibilities

Install configure and upgrade Oracle databases 11g12c19c on LinuxUnixWindows platforms

Perform database backup and recovery using RMAN

Implement and manage Oracle Data Guard for disaster recovery

Monitor database performance and optimize queries indexes and storage

Apply patches and security updates to maintain compliance

Manage user access roles and privileges

Troubleshoot database issues and provide root cause analysis

Support migration and upgrade projects onprem to cloud or version upgrades
