12-month contract with potential extensions Starts part-time (~20 hours/week) with opportunity to transition to full-time after 2–3 months Hourly Rate: $80-$90/hr T4A What they’re looking for:

7–9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support Solid hands‑on experience with Core HR and additional modules such as Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding Experience supporting payroll processes and integrations Strong background in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes About the role

Focus on configuring and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud modules, partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT teams, and contributing to ongoing system improvements and releases.
