Responsibilities & Duties
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyse functional and technical requirements for FMS projects
• Customize and extend Oracle FMS modules to enhance functionality and address specific business needs
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing support and maintenance for existing FMS implementations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing timely resolutions
• Facilitate training sessions for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new FMS functionalities
• Work closely with end-users to understand their needs and optimise FMS processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Work with teams, including finance, IT, and business process owners, to ensure seamless integration of FMS with other enterprise systems
