A Fast Formula error does not produce a support ticket — it produces a wrong payroll run affecting hundreds of employees, an incorrect accrual balance, or a benefits eligibility failure. RAC is hiring a Fast Formula Developer to write, test, and maintain Oracle HCM Fast Formulas across Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules.
