• 24hr call out of house, 8am – 8am
• Either weekends OR 7-10 days per month
• Ped Floor Census: 4-6 per weekday, 8-12 on weekends
• Inpatient pediatric floor
• Child abuse consults
• Colposcopic evaluations required
• NRP and PALS certification required
• Rounding split with another provider during weekdays
