To perform routine administrative and clerical duties necessary for efficient and effective station operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter airway bills into the system on a daily basis.
• Perform daily entry of Time Cards information into PC.
• Handle D/T packages and inform customers of payment.
• Gather information for different company reports.
• Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages as required.
• Prepare paperwork for outbound packages (airways bills, PO Box, and address).
• Assist customers by answering questions on basic features of service.
• Perform miscellaneous typing, filing, and secretarial duties.
• Organize and update station files.

Qualifications

• Preparatoria education or equivalent.
• Previous clerical experience, including typing (25/35 WPM), data entry, and/or general office skills.
• Good human relations and communication skills.
