Lead and deploy Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives by applying continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, SMED, 5S) to optimize site performance.Ensure the deployment and compliance of the Mahle Production System (MPS), including preparation for and successful completion of internal and external audits.Coordinate and manage TISAX certification and recertification, with a particular focus on OT systems (industrial IT).Monitor and analyze performance indicators (PPI, IPCO Technical), identify improvement opportunities, and lead cross-functional projects.Work closely with production and support functions to support industrialization, problem-solving, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
