**Job Title: Electrode Department Operator**
**Job Description**
This role operates within the Electrode Department, specifically in the Mixing area, where you will prepare and handle powdered materials used in production. You will work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, operating mixing equipment, handling chemicals safely, and maintaining a cleanroom environment while following strict safety and PPE protocols.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate mixing equipment in the Electrode Department to support production processes.
+ Prepare and mix powdered materials by safely dumping powders into bins to start the mixing process, typically 2–3 times per day.
+ Carry 30-pound bags of powder up and down stairs multiple times per day and load them into machines as required.
+ Wear and properly use a full-face respirator mask and protective suit during powder handling and mixing operations.
