About the Role

As an Operator 2 – Tractor, you'll play a key role in preparing and maintaining our fields throughout the growing cycle. From land prep to cultivation, your work directly impacts the success of our crops.

What You'll Do

• Perform daily pre-trip safety checks on equipment
