Position Overview

The Operations role supports the safe and efficient handling of agricultural products through daily activities such as receiving, storage, material handling, packaging, and shipping. The position involves working with Cob Pack production materials and products, operating front‑end loaders and skid steers, and assisting with rail car movement. You’ll work as part of a small, collaborative team in a physically demanding, hands‑on environment. This role offers steady weekday hours, limited weekend work, and strong work‑life balance.
