Role Purpose

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day field and operational activities within the assigned business unit, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of testing services. Act as the first point of contact for field teams, supporting performance, training, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate tasks and manage daily workflow for field testing teams to meet client schedules and deadlines.
• Monitor progress and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating where necessary.
• Ensure all field activities comply with CTS procedures, ISO 17025 standards, and client requirements.
• Support internal audits and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with HSE requirements during field operations.
