Our client is expanding operations at their Waste-to-Energy power generation facility in Lorton, VA and is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join the leadership team. This role is ideal for a hands-on operational leader with direct experience supporting or supervising live power generation operations in a heavy industrial environment.The Operations Supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for leading day-to-day plant operations while ensuring safe, environmentally compliant, and reliable power generation performance.
