Assists the Outlet Manager / Area Manager in outlet operations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards as well as food handing hygiene standard.
Oversees the smooth operation of 1 outlet in the absence of Outlet Manager.
Plan and maintain a safe level of outlet inventory for the outlet operation. Ensure strict receiving, checking and storage procedures of products.
Be proficient of all the responsibilities of the Service Staff and the various work stations.
