Handle multiple live shipments and client accounts concurrently, tracking cut‑offs, sailing schedules and documentation deadlines across all active files.
Book space with carriers, co‑loaders and NVOCCs, negotiate and confirm rates, and manage rollovers or schedule changes proactively.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (original, telex express, Seaway), manifests, certificates of origin and shipping instructions.
Coordinate customs clearance and inland transport, liaising with clearing agents, transporters and port terminal systems (Jebel Ali, DP World portals).
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely status updates and resolving issues before they escalte.
