Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an Operations Specialist (Level III) for their Charlotte, NC/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ The role entails analysis and ownership of a wide variety of FX operational processes in a challenging and fast paced environment, ensuring sustained proficiency and accuracy for all tasks; responsible for onboarding, training, demonstrations, query resolution and escalations relating to the clients confirmation and settlement of their Foreign Exchange transactions within the CashProFX application. Communication by phone and email is required while providing exceptional customer service to both client and internal service partners.

+ The role also involves the investigation of unsettled transaction and any related break management for CashProFX clients.
