Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing of company incorporation and visa applications across UAE freezone authorities
• Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements
• Monitor application progress and conduct regular follow-ups with relevant authorities
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for visa-related medical and biometrics appointments
• Handle post-incorporation services, including company amendments and document requests
• Maintain organized and up-to-date company and shareholder documentation
• Track and update critical dates, including license renewals, establishment cards, and visa expiries
• Perform initial compliance and AML checks on stakeholders and maintain proper records
