Duties Coordinate and manage stakeholders across internal teams, regulators, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution Review and monitor contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance and tracking performance against agreed standards Support the development and implementation of operational SOPs, incident management protocols, and reporting frameworks Maintain structured trackers for project progress, risks, incidents, and vendor performance to ensure visibility and accountability Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and drive mitigation plans to keep projects on track Ensure timely reporting and documentation of project updates, risks, and operational performance
