One of our Insurance customers is looking for an operations manager.
Responsibilities - Support outsourcing and offshoring initiatives in the region
- Support global strategic projects in the region
- Liaise with relevant business unit managers to ensure operations issues impacting the business is identified
- Support underwriting process reviews to identify areas of improvement and automation opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms to organization.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Ensure vendor is compliant with company's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
