Lead operations of an Energy from Waste (EfW) plant. Ensure safe, reliable incineration, optimize steam generation, and uphold regulatory, environmental, and security standards. Drive team performance, efficiency, and sustainability in a 24/7 operations environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities Lead and oversee all daily EfW operational activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently and safely: Waste nomination planning, waste bunker management, incineration, steam generation, ash handling. Ensure safe and reliable steam export as per customer agreement. Oversee compliance with NEA, MOM, SCDF, and PUB regulations. Monitor and enforce adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as company policies. Environmental Compliance: Monitor stack emissions, COe intensity, ash/residue handling, wastewater, noise, and dust. Ensure full compliance with all authority requirements.
