We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a growing remote operation. The exploration phase has been very successful and will continue for many years to come. But we are now at a point where production has been committed to.

This is not a corporate office role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys remote operations, thrives on solving problems and is prepared to roll their sleeves up alongside the team when required.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll become the key operational leader on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and with the flexibility that remote operations demand.
