The Job:

You will be managing the operational departments of this property, while improving productivity, food quality, service and increasing sales and profit throughout the Hotel, you will support the effective operational management team and work with the heads of department in achieving the revenue and guest satisfaction targets and responding to audits that are completed by the company to ensure continual improvement is achieved.

The Person:

The successful candidate will demonstrate a background within quality full service hotel environment and will have been operating at Operations Management level. You will be revenue focused and have a good understanding of the Newcastle market and culture, so previous experience within the city is required.
