- Present and previous store performance is taken into consideration in formulating proposed annual plans, which are submitted to the Management by end of November of each year.
- Approved plans are communicated to all store managers for implementation.
- Specific action plans are developed based on strategic direction of the company.
- Quarterly and monthly activities in the store (FOH) are implemented according to schedule.
- Training is done for existing and new restaurants.
- Visits the stores at least once (1 time) per week and head office at least once (1 time) per week.
