The role

As an Operations Manager, you lead the engine behind the store — stock flow, replenishment, online processing and back‑of‑house routines — ensuring the shopfloor has what it needs to deliver great customer experiences. You’ll run a high‑volume operation with accuracy and speed, balancing priorities, deadlines and people leadership to keep the store moving.
