Responsibilities
- Develop and execute both short-term and long-term operational strategies to achieve the company's sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve operational expenses, labor costs, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and other related costs to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to support and achieve overall business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Operations team to drive high performance, operational excellence, and continuous growth.
