Deputy to the Plant Manager, the Operations Manager will provide strategic leadership for a functional area within a high‑performance plant. The role has overall accountability for the performance of the function and its impact on the larger operating unit, and leads managers and staff to achieve business results through people development and continuous improvement of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
