We are hiring an Operations & Hospitality Associate to join our expanding Operations Team located in our Seattle Office.

The Operations & Hospitality Associate owns people experience. This is a highly visible, people-facing position responsible for providing a welcoming, safe, and functional workplace that reflects Inatai's values of racial justice, abundance, and joy. The individual in this role oversees daily office operations, event hospitality, logistical support, and contributes to internal culture-building.
