Our client located in Ardmore is seeking an Operations Fund Administrator.  This is a direct hire position. They are a privately held investment firm making a wide range of investments out of an evergreen fund. They are a small entrepreneurial team which recognizes the contributions of the individuals, celebrates successes, and learns from mistakes made. The culture and environment is candid, supportive, and always seeking to become better at their work. They are looking to replace an analyst to their team. The work done by the fund analyst, will help our client make better investing decisions and form stronger relationships with the firms they invest in.

In this role, you will ensure the investment tracking systems are meticulously kept up to date, respond to capital calls and other cash disbursement requests, and further optimize the processes to ensure all is in order.
