Responsibilities:

. Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
. Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain qualified manpower.
. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
. Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement.
