Operations Executive
supports Läderach's day-to-day operational activities, including stock management, order fulfilment, procurement, and logistics coordination. The role ensures accurate inventory control, smooth warehouse and boutique operations, and timely delivery of goods. This position is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys hands-on work and coordinating with multiple teams. Job Responsibilities: Stock Management & Inventory Control Consolidate monthly and bi-weekly stock counts from boutiques and the warehouse. Track and document inventory movements, inbound shipments, and stock transfers. Reconcile stock levels with sales data to ensure accuracy and accountability. Conduct periodic audit checks at boutiques to ensure proper stock control. Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and inventory loss.
