To assist Country Manager in Chateraise’s aggressive expansion
To embark on management training, cross‑functional job rotations across core commercial functions such as Sales and Marketing so as to be able to lead and manage both operations and management.
Support Japan HQ initiatives: Maintain effective communication to ensure smooth execution of promotions, events, or activities. Example, marketing activities & online store database management
Ensuring all policies and procedures of the company are followed by outlets accordingly
Conduct checks and audits at outlets to ensure requirements/standards are met
Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Country Manager from time to time
