Operations Coordinator – Datacenter Services (APAC Timezone)

About the role: You will take over the day‑to‑day operations that our CEO currently handles, becoming the first point of contact for every operational request – from Smart Hands dispatch at a Singapore facility to an emergency remote hands call from Germany. You will need to be fast, precise, and calm under pressure.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Receive and triage incoming service requests (Smart Hands, Remote Hands, emergency incidents).
