Responsibilities:

  • First line of central defense to triage Partner Managers to the right places to get issues resolved or surface enablement content.

  • Track data issues to ensure feedback is captured in the central trackers.

  • Proactively do data quality checks in the system to understand where poor data quality is affecting reporting readouts.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to revise their inputs if they are inputting data that doesn’t comply with our central guidance.

  • Resource for stakeholders as they look to drive their region’s operational metrics.


 

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in launching or building out a CRM tool that’s internal to the company.

  • Proven analytical skills and data interpretation skills. Proficient in SQL and data manipulation tools....
