About the Role

Borrow Curated is looking for an Operations + Training Manager who thrives at the intersection of systems and people. You'll own the training, scheduling, and operational consistency that keeps our back-of-house team running — inside a creative environment that values both structure and craftsmanship.

This role reports directly to Ann King, Founder + Creative Director, and works in close partnership with Rachel Genco, Logistics + Product Manager.

You're a natural at spotting inefficiency and fixing it. You hold high standards without creating unnecessary friction. You're as comfortable building a training system from scratch as you are showing up hands-on when the team needs you.
