Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of two residential homes and a domiciliary care service, ensuring care is well-organised, consistent, person-centred, and delivered to a high standard

  • Ensure full compliance with CQC and regulatory standards, oversee audits, and lead on inspection preparation and action plans
