Position Accountability Statement
Accountable for the implementation of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) Framework across Operations and Sales Division.
Primary Job Responsibility
- Conducts TNA and prepares TNA reports.
- Assists and coordinates learning and development programs designs for e-learning and instructor‑led training.
- Develops learning materials using various platforms and methodologies.
- Develops, standardizes and reviews the training materials.
